Bhartiya Gramin Vikas Sansthan (‘BGVS’) was founded due to the deep desire, conviction, grit and will of the founders to make a change in the society at large, and in lives of the poorest of the poor in particular. Thus BGVS was born on August 08, 2010 with the purpose of ‘spreading new light, creating new horizons’. Realizing the significance of being strongly rooted among the communities, BGVS has chosen to follow a principle of co-partnering with communities and like minded organizations and individuals to pursue its mission.
